I had RSVP the Goldwater Institute telling them I would attend as I do for most of their events. That was done by e-mail so using system logs its fairly easy to prove. Also the folks at the Goldwater Institute know who I am and wouldn't lie about it in court to protect some police thug. I suspect that most of the Libertarian people at the Goldwater Institute have the same view about police thugs that I have.
I went to the event early and talked to people from the Goldwater Institute for a while. I remember telling them that Barry Hess the Libertarian canidate was a weenie and was not a true Libertarian (well it's true). Then I left and went to a shopping center to the East of the Hotel and a jackbooted DPS thug dressed in a suit told me that I was not invited. I thought he was a rentacop working for the hotel and I ignored him.
I came back to the debate and hung out for a while. I remember talking to Alan Korwin the guy who writes books about guns and asked him if he could speak at a COPWATCH seminar. I also saw Fife our ex-indited gov. And of course I saw Barry Hess the Libertarian canidated for governor but I did't talk to him. I went near the back of the room the same jackbooted DPS thug dressed in a suit told me that I was not invited and had to leave.
Normally I invoke the 5th when pigs ask me questions but for some reason I told this pig my name. And if he ran it thru his computer that's where we will nail his ass to the wall and find out who he is because the computer logs track everything the pigs do. I refused to give him a date of birth.
He continued to tell me I wasn't invited. He looked at a registration table on the outside of the debate room and said that since my name was not on the list I was not invited. But this was nonsense. While the Goldwater Institute asks people to RSVP they always let anybody in that shows up. And Channel 5 the TV station that was puting on the event with the Goldwater Institute billed the event as open to the public.
The pig would not let me go back into the debate room to get my belongings but sent another pig. They couldn't find them.
I told him to contact Darcy the lady that runs the Goldwater Institue to verify I was invited but he didn't.
The pigs then kicked me out. Man I was pissed.
Any how now I am gearing up to sue the thug that kicked me out for for violating my civil rights in Federal Court per U.S.C 42 § 1983.
I called the Arizona Department of Public Saftey at (602)223-2540 and they told me that they will not give me any information I want about the incident and that I will have to sue them in court if I want the information. This is inviolation of Arizona's public records law. ARS 39-121
The lawyer that's helping me on this says the pigs routinelly do this. He says I will have to file a lawsuit asking for the information. And that when the lawsuit is file the pigs will then give me the information I am asking for, and that the lawsuit be dropped.
I am having the same problems in my lawsuit suing some tempe pigs.
